Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the SONATE platform, website (yseeku.com), APIs, SDKs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are provided by YSEEKU, based in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Description of services

SONATE provides AI governance infrastructure, including:

• Cryptographic Trust Receipt generation and verification
• AI behavioral drift detection and monitoring
• Governance policy enforcement for AI interactions
• Open-source verification SDKs and tools
• Enterprise dashboards and compliance reporting

3. Accounts and access

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer the proprietary components of the platform
• Use the Services to process data in violation of applicable laws
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

5. Open-source components

Certain components of SONATE are released under the MIT License, including verification SDKs and the Trust Receipt specification. These components are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

Proprietary components — including the policy engine, drift detection, Overseer agent, and enterprise features — are subject to commercial licensing terms. See our Licensing page for details.

6. Data and Trust Receipts

Trust Receipts generated through the platform are cryptographically signed records of AI interactions. You retain ownership of your data processed through SONATE.

YSEEKU does not claim ownership of your Trust Receipts or the underlying data they reference. Receipts can be verified independently using open-source tools and public keys.

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Enterprise customers with SLA agreements are covered by the terms specified in their individual service agreements.

8. Intellectual property

The SONATE platform, YSEEKU brand, and proprietary technology are owned by YSEEKU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Open-source components are licensed under their stated terms. Use of our trademarks requires prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSEEKU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

SONATE provides governance and verification tooling. It does not replace legal, compliance, or risk management advice. Trust Receipts are evidence of AI execution, not guarantees of AI correctness.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You may export your Trust Receipts before termination. Verification of existing receipts remains possible via the open-source SDKs regardless of account status.
